Brain Freezer 5k | The Ben And Jerry's Ice Cream Race

3.1 Miles, 1 pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, 1,110 calories... What could go wrong?! The Brain Freezer 5k was a wild ride but I had a blast. Run a 5k and down an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream at the halfway point. I actually felt better than I was expecting during the race, but MUCH worse than I was expecting after the run!
